・Clients are not usually allowed to assign our work to third parties. If you wish to use our work in this way please contact us in advance and we will arrange a secondary use fee. ※Please also send us samples of the items where the work appears within two weeks of secondary-use publication.

・Clients are not allowed to disclose business secrets (such as details of transactions with our company; personal information; trade secrets relating to our company etc.) to our competitors or other third parties ※In some cases we may require a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

・We do not deal with anti-social organizations. If it becomes clear that a client is a member of such an organization then all work will stop at that point and any contract entered into will become null and void, and all claims for compensation will be refused.
