The photographed “nature” won the 2021 Good Design Award.
As I mentioned in the news, the beauty salon in Nagoya taken at our office won the 2021 Good Design Award.
Congratulations to Mr. Takahashi of Masayuki Takahashi Architects and Mr. Hara of Hirokazu Hara Atelier, who are always in charge of the design.
As a story behind the shooting, the interior of this building is a renovation, but it is a psychedelic design that cuts the lower half of the existing interior wall, cuts the line of sight with a floating wall, and shines light from the cut lower part to the whole. ..
Although the store area is small, the concept was that the outside light, which changes with time, had an effect on the inside, so I spent a whole day and a half shooting because of Mr. Hara’s commitment. Not only the concept, but also the wall that seems to be floating in the air, the storage, the chair placed on the ground, and the picture of the feet of the person looking from under the wall are very interesting.
The photos listed at the top of this article are actually taken with an old lens called M-ROKKOR 28mm f2.8 attached to a digital camera with an adapter bitten. Modern lenses are designed so that the lens is large and only the part with good image quality in the center is used, so when you go to the edge of the lens, the dimming suddenly occurs, but the old lens already dims from the center. .. I like this because it’s very emotional and descriptive.
This time, I also shot in large format (4×5), I think it was Nikkor SW65mm F4.0. (This is not up, I’m sorry)
Returning to the story, when it comes to architectural photographs and completed photographs, it is best to take them when they are completed and are the most beautiful. Actually, the most difficult thing in shooting is moving and cleaning up things. However, if you take a picture at this moment, the record of things for the rest of your life will remain as a picture. So, with the cooperation of many people, I am enthusiastic about shooting. Originally, the work of architecture is fine, in millimeters. Therefore, the photographer does not want to compromise on the design and the millimeter unit.
With that said, I am taking pictures every day with this in mind, and I look forward to your continued support.
